Our Standard Board and Train is ideal for those who seek more cooperation with their dog, but don’t need off leash reliability. Some dogs may gain off-leash privileges, but not all.
During this program, we will take your dog on training outings often to ensure the behaviors they learn can still be performed around real life distractions! Some of these field trips may include hikes, outings to parks, dog-friendly stores, and more.
Throughout this program, you will be updated with photo and video updates of your dog’s progress on our social media pages, and we are accessible by phone and text for any questions during their stay.
We will address any problem behaviors you may be experiencing with your dog, such as jumping, nipping, pulling on the leash, etc. but this program is not for dogs experiencing significant emotional distress.
Included with this program is:
• A 2-4 hour drop off lesson at the end of the program to teach you how to maintain the skills your dog has learned during their program + a Q&A session
• Any training equipment we feel is beneficial for your dog
• Follow-up 1:1 lessons

Our Custom Board and Train is ideal for those who seek more cooperation with their dog, and are struggling to overcome emotionally charged behaviors such as moderate-severe reactivity, aggression, moderate-severe fear, and resource guarding.
We will also address emotional issues, and the behaviors that accompany them.
During this program, we will have extensive conversations prior to (and during) your dog's stay. We will dive into the root cause of each issue, and establish a short and long term management plan that will give you and your dog the greatest chance of success.
Emotional and behavioral modification is highly dependent on time, consistency, and patience. We do not do "quick fix" modification. Although we are considered balanced by modern standards, we do not believe that merely stopping an unwanted behavior from reoccurring is enough. We will use all modern training methods, including reconditioning, desensitization, teaching positive incompatible behaviors, environmental management, and all 4 quadrants of operant conditioning to truly change the mindset of our dogs.
